Individual Counseling Session

Individual counseling is a one-on-one discussion between the counselor and the client, who is the person seeking treatment.

Group Supervision

Clinical supervision supports trainee mental health professionals by offering oversight and support from a more experienced provider. To become licensed to practice, all mental health providers must complete a minimum number of therapy hours under clinical supervision. This type is conducted in a group setting with 2 or more individuals.
